As a WRITTEN transpolitical, transcultral and transhuman ARTWORK as a set of principles that the artist and a network of artists, thinkers and people will be sharing before and during Amber 2011. These principles will be at the basis of a future new nature-human-machine state of being (or not being). An impossible artistic task, because NATURE AND TECHNOLOGY cannot inscribe their beings and rights inside a “Constitution”, but a beginning for a new utopia non human-centered next eco-logical vision. The HC will aim at becoming the artistic beginning of a new utopian (or distopic?) vision. From the Code of Hammurabi to the Japan's Seventeen-Article Constitution written in 604, influenced by Buddhist teachings, and the Constitution of Medina (622), the صحیفة المدینه ‎, Ṣaḥīfat al-Madīna, also known as the Charter of Medina, and to the Constitution of The Gayanashagowa, or 'oral' constitution of the Iroquois nation, (1090-1150). The Magna Charta in 1215, The United States Constitution, ratified June 21, 1788, The Charter of Carnaro, 1920, and the Constitution of Italy 1947 until the Constitution of 1982, Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the last one. The Hybrid Constitution will present the FIRST PRINCIPLES. The first nine articles of the Hybrid Constitution are the so-called basic principles. 1- Personalist principle; 2- Principle of secularism; 3- Pluralist principle; 4- Purposing principle (telos); 5- ξυνός Xinocratic principle; 6- Principle of equality ; 7- Solidarist principle; 8- Transpecies &Transgender principles; 9- Non aggressive principles.
